    Acadian Hydrojet and Softwash pricing is competitive for our industry. We do have base rates we work off of with a 2-hour minimum. This minimum is strictly time on the job. It covers the technicians' drive time, but does not include stops. Price only goes up if we are on your job for more than 2 hours.   • Describe a Recent Project You Are Fond Of. How Long Did It Take?

    Customer contacted me at 8 pm and stated she had a blockage. She was home alone with 2 young kids and a neighbor poured ammonia down her drain line. She stated none of her drainage was working, the smell was becoming over whelming and she needed it resolved as soon as possible. I proceeded to her location and within 30 minutes of my arrival her drains were back flowing. I cleaned up the trash that came through from the line backing up. Within 45 minutes of my arrival I was out of her door and she was back to her normal routine.
